![]() This GOTD works best and simplest of any replacement for Dr. DivX to convert the VOB to XviD format, but Dr.D does not work well on my Windows 7 installation. IDR records as DVD format, VOB files plus the extras for menus etc. I run the recording process at Highest priority (if I don't, sound can get out of synch). I use the $50 Instant DVD Recorder that plugs into a USB port. I primarily use video conversion to get programs off my Comcast DVR and onto my computer. After running Activate.exe it did not ask. At first installation it wanted me to register. I followed the instructions in the ReadMe.txt file to install it and then run Activate.exe. Thanks GOTD & Wondershare/Aimersoft for the chance to try this software. Mainly I just wanted to share about the snapshot feature because no one else had & I thought others might be interested. I can't comment on converting files because I haven't had time to do that. I had no problems with this & I use Firefox. click on that & it takes you to the page. Also, when you run the program it says at the top Only $9.95 to Upgrade to Video Converter Pro (Just for Today). I would suggest you allow the user to pick the size & resolution.Īnd for those wanting the $9.95 deal look at the 1st post in here & it has a direct link. The size of the photos are 10 X 6.667 inches & 72 for the resolution. ![]() The fact it offers me the GOTD price of the day makes me wonder if it registered ok. If you click on the register button, under the help button, it doesn't show anything in the Licensed email or Registration code. I assume the program registered properly, but really have no way of knowing. ![]() some of the best compared to other programs that do this.Īlso, I had no problems downloading or installing on a Vista Ultimate 32 bit machine.Īnd for those wanting the $9.95 deal look at the 1st post in here & it has a direct link. I used the snapshot feature on something I had recorded on my DVR. I use PSCS3 for my photo needs so the clipboard isn't something I usually use. Personally I like the fact it saves it to a folder of my choice. Some folks might prefer a clipboard option. You get to pick where the program saves your shots which is nice. I would suggest you allow the user to pick the size & resolution. I would suggest the hot key just because some people might prefer that. You just have to keep clicking the snapshot button. I would suggest you have other choices.Īs far as I can tell there is no hot key for this feature. Nobody commented on the snapshot feature so I thought I would.
